Purchase of the Essentials Graphic Design Package (hereafter referred to as ‘the package’ in this document) will require upfront payment on the date of purchase.
The package consists exclusively of design services. The DropIN Solutions team will develop the design works using the content provided by the client.
The package does not include copyrighting, content creation and content proofreading or printing of any of the products. These fore mentioned services must be quoted in addition to the package.
Annual fee is non-refundable. Refer to clause 7.
The package is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
The Annual Report and the A4 Brochure (both described as Essential in the package) cannot be replaced or exchanged with any other services within the package.
The three customisable products of the package can be exchanged with other design services within the package.
Prior to any change or customisation in the package, a product exchange request must be made in writing ie via email.
The product change request will be assessed by the WACOSS DropIN Solutions team before it is approved.
If the product change request exceeds the cost or value of the package’s customisable products then the new product must be paid separately as a new project.
Any of the products in the package that are not used in the first year, will be added for use in the next year, provided the package is purchased for another 12 months.
If you do not wish to purchase the package for a further 12 months, the products that were not utilised will be extended for a further 3 months.
For the execution of every project, a request must be submitted a minimum of two weeks in advance in writing. WACOSS DropIN Solutions will provide a timeline of the specific project requested only after the request has been made and the content has been provided. The provided timeline varies depending on the project.
If you choose to cancel the package without using any of the products, a refund will be provided, but will incur a deduction of 20% processing fees from the total amount paid upfront.
The products of the package cannot be exchanged across organisations or individuals.
All the projects created through this package have two revisions and/or corrections permitted, unless stated otherwise negotiated in the specific project timeline. If more revisions or corrections are needed after the final delivery of the project, they will be quoted in addition to the package.
The Annual Report can be a maximum of 40 designed pages.
